As a Senior Associate - Strategy - Enterprise & Functional Strategy (GS&R), you will engage with clients to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth and business model reinvention. Within our Strategy practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex business challenges and deliver innovative solutions that align with client objectives. This role offers the chance to work closely with clients, building meaningful relationships and gaining insights into diverse industries.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional standards. You are building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical skills, and enhancing your awareness of strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Responsibilities

- Developing strategic solutions to drive business transformation and growth

What You Must Have

- At least a Master in Business Administration's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
