About the Role: 

Member Growth Marketing (MGM) owns Maven's enrollment engine, driving the top-line enrollment goal that fuels Maven's revenue across Fertility, Maternity, Parenting, and Menopause programs. 

We're looking for someone who thrives on turning strategy into shipped work — someone equally comfortable triaging a queue of incoming requests as they are building a client-ready deck or pulling a data cut from Looker. You'll be the connective tissue that keeps cross-functional projects moving and MGM's execution on track.

What You’ll Do:

• Own intake and triage for incoming requests: track status, follow up with MGM team members and stakeholders, and manage the back-and-forth needed to hit delivery timelines
• Build slides and supporting assets for cross-functional workstreams and readouts
• Fulfill data and reporting requests using existing dashboards, packaging results for stakeholders
• Keep cross-functional projects moving by tracking and driving action items coming out of meetings
• Support the creation and ongoing iteration of Payer microsites
• Incorporate client feedback into member communications, working across Figma files and copy docs to land updates
• Support the build of enrollment landing pages, including custom URL creation
• Look for opportunities where manual work can be automated to help the team scale

What You’ll Bring: 

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, project coordination, or a related field (agency, in-house, or health tech background all welcome)
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple concurrent requests and stakeholders
• Working knowledge of Figma, or the ability to ramp quickly, to support asset and landing page work
• Comfort pulling and synthesizing data from dashboards and reporting tools (Looker, Salesforce a plus)
• Clear, proactive written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate feedback across design, content, and business stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, with the flexibility to context-switch across concurrent projects
• Bonus: experience in healthcare, B2B2C, or employee benefits marketing

The base salary range for this role is $98,000 - $115,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive equity and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.

This role requires active work authorization in the US.

Maven embraces a flexible hybrid work model. Our teams primarily operate from the New York Metropolitan area, NY, and remotely via San Francisco/Bay Area, CA, Seattle, WA. For those in our New York City office, we encourage in-person collaboration by requiring team members to work onsite three days a week  (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). For those based in Boston, DC, Chicago, Seattle, and San Francisco, we encourage in-person collaboration by requiring team members to attend monthly Work Together Days within these cities. This policy aims to balance remote work flexibility with the benefits of face-to-face interaction.
