About the Team
DoorDash’s mission is to grow and empower local economies. By building intelligent, last-mile delivery technology for local cities, DoorDash connects people with the local businesses they care about — helping grow businesses and the communities that support those businesses. To further this mission, we’re looking for a marketer who will sit at the intersection of growth, brand, product, and operations, to develop integrated marketing strategies for our merchant business at DoorDash. The integrated marketing team is a group of marketing generalists responsible for translating business goals into marketing strategies and serving as the general manager across the organization to bring those strategies to market.
About the Role
The B2B Performance Marketing team is looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and data-driven marketer to grow DoorDash's Marketplace. This role will support DoorDash's growing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business, with a primary focus on SevenRooms and additional support for DoorDash Commerce Platform. Reporting to the Senior Manager, B2B SMB Marketplace & SaaS Performance Marketing, you'll develop and execute global paid media strategies designed to drive merchant acquisition, product adoption, and revenue growth. You'll build integrated media plans, manage account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, lead experimentation across channels, and identify opportunities to drive incremental pipeline through data-driven optimization.
We're looking for someone with a proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude, strong bias for action, and an ownership mindset. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable thinking strategically about long-term growth opportunities while diving into campaign performance, analytics, experimentation, audience strategy, and measurement to uncover actionable insights. They are highly organized, collaborative, and passionate about using paid media to solve complex business challenges while partnering closely with regional marketing teams, Integrated Marketing, Sales, Product, Analytics, Operations, external agencies, and platform partners to deliver measurable business impact on a global scale.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Support the global performance marketing strategy for SevenRooms, with additional support for DoorDash Commerce Platform, translating business priorities into measurable paid media plans that drive merchant acquisition, product adoption, and revenue growth.
- Develop and optimize integrated multi-channel paid media programs across account-based marketing (ABM), Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and emerging channels.
- Build testing roadmaps, measurement frameworks, and performance reporting that improve decision-making and accelerate learning across the business.
- Partner with media agencies, platform partners, ABM partners, and creative agencies to develop media strategies, execute optimizations, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Share paid marketing performance, insights, and recommendations with cross-functional stakeholders, influencing marketing strategy and future investment decisions.
- Collaborate with Integrated Marketing, Sales, Product, Analytics, Strategy & Operations, and regional marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns and deliver measurable business impact.
We’re excited about you because you have…
- A Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing supporting software-as-a-service (SaaS), technology, or small business-focused companies.
- Experience planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel paid media programs, using data and insights to inform investment decisions and improve marketing performance.
- Experience developing and executing account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to engage target accounts throughout the buying journey.
- Experience using B2B marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot) and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Sigma, Looker, Tableau, Power BI) to drive performance insights and decision-making.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and platform partners to execute integrated marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives and translate complex performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience interacting with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
We expect this position to be filled by 10/11/26.
