Responsibilities:

Coordinate, monitor and control the movement, filing and archiving of all technical documents with the objective of ensuring compliance to project management procedures. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Responsible for overall management & coordination of controlled documentation within the project. • Implement and manage the Document Control Procedure for the project for the efficient management and recording. • Develop electronic filing and archive system and technical library for easy to issuance, storage, retrieval and management of documents that must be controlled and kept for the project requirement. • Manage the Document Numbering Procedure for the project. • Be the lead to spear head the Information Management Procedure for the project. • Ensure that the Record Management of technical documentation of the project is in order. • Create the Document Distribution Matrix plan and be the focal point to all users. • Be the focal point for all correspondence between the project team and contractors. • Create the Project Documentation Handover Plan. • Create and implement flowchart related to Document Control Function. • Undertake any other ad hoc projects/ duties assigned. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: • A degree in the related job field. • Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential. • Willing to relocate to the job location.
