Nanyang Technological University's College of Engineering is one of the largest engineering colleges in the region, bringing together five schools under a single College Office.

The College Office is looking for an experienced Events Senior Assistant Manager/Manager to own its full event portfolio, from institutional ceremonies and high-profile visits to community and cultural events and fundraising engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Own the College event calendar and standards across institutional, cultural, and fundraising events.

• Plan and deliver flagship engagements, including Visiting Committee visits and donor events, to an exacting standard.

• Lead end-to-end event management, including budgeting, procurement, vendor management, logistics and on-site operations.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the College to ensure seamless event planning and delivery.

• Evaluate every event and raise the bar over time.

Requirements:

Must-haves:

• A recognised university degree.

• At least 6 to 8 years' end-to-end event management experience with budget accountability.

• A track record with high-profile or VIP events and external vendors.

Good to have:

• Experience across institutional, cultural, and fundraising events.

• Higher-education, institutional, or non-profit experience.
