Responsibilities:
Empower Business Growth: Provide expert technical consultancy to internal and external global customers, strengthening existing business and driving future growth.
Foster Cross-Site Innovation: Collaborate on innovative projects with multidisciplinary teams across different sites, bringing diverse expertise together.
Deliver Tailored Solutions: Develop optimal technical solutions for customer-specific applications, including design modifications, ensuring customized excellence.
Lead Problem-Solving Initiatives: Define and lead problem-solving activities, closely monitoring progress to ensure effective resolutions.
Ensure Quality and Reliability: Lead activities for the testing and validation of products and materials, guaranteeing the highest standards of quality.
Provide Expert Support: Leverage your expertise to offer technical support to colleagues, enhancing team capability and performance.
Drive Innovation: Spearhead innovation processes, identifying opportunities for process and product improvements or new introductions to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.
Conduct In-Depth Analysis: Perform market research and technical analysis to inform strategic decisions and maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Materials Science, Chemical, Electrical, or related technical discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–7+ years of experience in an Application Engineering, Technical Services, Product Engineering, or related customer‑facing technical role.
- Demonstrated experience providing technical consultation to internal stakeholders and external customers to support business growth and customer success.
- Proven ability to develop and adapt technical solutions for customer‑specific applications, including design modifications and performance optimization.
- Hands‑on experience leading or contributing to problem‑solving initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Experience supporting testing, validation, and qualification of products, materials, or systems to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance.
- Track record of working in cross‑functional and cross‑site teams, collaborating with R&D, manufacturing, sales, quality, and marketing.
- Experience conducting technical analysis and market research to support product strategy, customer applications, or innovation efforts.
