Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Analyst - Accounts Receivables in Chennai.

What a typical day looks like:

• In charge of ensuring timely generation and submission of invoices for Shipment and Services.

• Initiate actions for early identification and resolution of disputes with the customer.

• Contact customer (email and calls) and confirm receipt of shipment, Invoices, upcoming payment dates and invoice to be paid.

• Facilitate timely accounting of Funds Credited to Flex Bank account.

• Reporting activities - Generate and update Weekly AR reports, prepare AR/GL recons.

• Ensure completion of Month end accounting activities as per the corporate calendar.

• Holding up audit requirement for the function assigned.

• Experience in Order to Cash process or AR functions (Invoicing, Collections ,Cash Application and MIS) function.

• Strong Knowledge of Finance and Accounting Concepts. Good written & oral communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office.

  Should be flexible to work in shifts and support Month end per business needs.

  Analytical and Problem-solving skills.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a minimum of 2 to 3 years of related experience.

• B. Com / B.C. S / M. Com / MBA /BBA/ BBM, any other commerce and Accounts Stream degrees, also any other finance related professional certification either courses completed or in pursuit (as required to deliver the Principal Accountabilities).
