Role: Senior Account & Project Manager
Location: Ireland (Remote)
About the role:
As a Senior Account & Project Manager, you'll be the central point of accountability for end-to-end project delivery across complex, multi-channel briefs for premium and luxury brand clients. You'll manage integrated teams spanning creative, strategy, and AI production — acting as the primary client contact and the internal engine that keeps projects moving. Your contribution will go beyond execution: you'll embed best practice, identify risk early, and continuously improve how work is planned and delivered. This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environments and brings both sharp commercial instincts and a genuine curiosity for what AI can do for creative production.
What you will be doing:
- Lead complex, multi-channel creative and production projects from scoping through to delivery, maintaining quality and consistency at every stage
- Serve as the primary point of contact for [client], building trusted partnerships and managing expectations proactively throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that integrate traditional and AI-powered workflows, identifying risks early and adapting plans accordingly
- Manage cross-functional teams across creative, strategy, and AI production — fostering clear communication, accountability, and collaborative ways of working
- Lead internal and external project communications, working in close partnership with the AI Producer and Project Manager to keep all stakeholders aligned
- Manage project-level budgets, including cost estimation, purchase orders, invoicing, and reconciliation — sourcing and negotiating with freelancers and production partners where needed
- Drive cost efficiencies across project delivery without compromising quality, flagging budget risks proactively and escalating where appropriate
- Establish and champion project management best practices, contributing to continuous process improvement across the OLIVER+ team
- Oversee quality control for all deliverables, managing scope, change, and approval processes throughout
- Track and report on project performance, resource utilisation, and budget health — producing clear, actionable updates for [client] and internal stakeholders
What you need to be great in this role:
Capabilities and experience
- A strong track record delivering complex, integrated creative and production projects across multiple channels and formats simultaneously
- Deep familiarity with creative production workflows, including film, motion, digital, and print
- Experience working with [client] or similar premium and luxury brand accounts, with a clear understanding of the quality standards and stakeholder dynamics these projects require
- Confident managing cross-functional teams and external partners across multiple time zones and disciplines
- Strong commercial acumen — experienced tracking project spend, managing budgets, negotiating supplier rates, and driving cost efficiency
- Proficiency with project management tools and digital asset management systems
- Solid understanding of AI production processes and how they integrate with traditional creative workflows
- Familiarity with approval, compliance, and creative review workflows
Budget and production management
- Experienced managing project-level production budgets, including cost estimation, purchase orders, invoicing, and reconciliation
- Proven ability to source and negotiate with freelancers and production partners
- Confident identifying financial risks early and communicating budget performance clearly to [client] and internal stakeholders
Gen AI and agentic thinking
- Advanced use of Gen AI tools relevant to project and production management, applied to enhance efficiency and output quality
- Experience designing and refining AI-assisted workflows for yourself and the team
- Ability to upskill others on effective AI tool usage within a production context
- Agentic approach to complex, multi-step project challenges — systematic, goal-oriented, and adaptable when priorities shift
- Clear understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, with sound human judgement applied to outputs
