  • Events & Stakeholder Engagement: Support the planning and execution of media events, speaking opportunities, press conferences and other stakeholder engagement initiatives.

  • Business Development & Agency Support: Contribute to new business efforts, proposal development and agency initiatives that help strengthen client relationships and support growth.

  • Team Collaboration & Professional Growth: Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to a collaborative environment that encourages learning, development and high-quality work.

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications or related fields; agency experience supporting corporate clients preferred.

  • Experience supporting media relations programs and pitching stories to business, trade or industry media.

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with experience developing pitches, news releases, contributed articles and other communications materials.

  • Proven success building relationships with media and helping drive results for clients.

  • Experience developing and executing communications programs that support business and reputational objectives.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Ability to think strategically and contribute ideas that support client objectives and communications goals.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills with confidence sharing ideas and recommendations with clients and internal teams.

  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint.

  • Curiosity about business, media, communications and evolving industry trends.

  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, contribute ideas and support team success.

Preferred Qualifications:
