As a Security Services Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and closing cybersecurity services opportunities across enterprise accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them address security challenges through NTT DATA's cybersecurity services portfolio while driving revenue growth and long-term client relationships.
This role is focused specifically on cybersecurity services, including managed services. Key service areas include Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Managed GRC, Managed Security Operations Centre (SOC), Detection & Response, Incident Response and Security Assessments, IDAM as well as Data and Application security solutions.
You will work closely with internal solution architects, delivery teams, partners and security vendors to design and position solutions that meet customer outcomes. Success in this role requires a combination of consultative selling, cybersecurity knowledge, stakeholder management and the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.
You will be expected to own pipeline development, manage opportunities through closure, engage decision makers at multiple levels and serve as a key contributor to the continued growth of NTT DATA's cybersecurity services business.
You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth solution delivery and maintain strong client relationships that support recurring business, renewals and future growth opportunities.
To thrive in this role, you need to have:
4–6 years of experience in cybersecurity sales, security services sales, cybersecurity consulting sales or enterprise technology sales with strong security exposure.
Demonstrated quota-bearing sales experience with responsibility for pipeline generation, opportunity management and revenue attainment.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity services, including GRC, Managed GRC, SOC, Detection & Response, Incident Response and Security Assessment services, Identity & access management, PKI, Data security and application security.
Ability to engage clients in consultative discussions around cybersecurity challenges, risk reduction and business outcomes.
Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision makers.
Experience working with internal pre-sales, solution, delivery and vendor teams to develop and close opportunities.
Familiarity with enterprise cybersecurity technologies and vendors such as Palo Alto, Splunk, LogRhythm, IBM QRadar, Group-IB, Qualys or Tenable is highly desirable.
Arabic language capability is strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Cybersecurity, Technology, Business or a related discipline.
Required Experience:
- Security-focused salesperson.
- Comfortable engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the cybersecurity market within Saudi Arabia.
- Experience selling cybersecurity services into enterprise, government or regulated industries.
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.
