THE JOB:

As a Security Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in supporting the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property. Serving as a central point of communication for Security operations, you will monitor incoming calls and security systems, coordinate responses to incidents and emergencies, provide guidance and ensure timely communication with Security personnel and other departments.

THE STARTING RATE: $22

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Monitor and respond to incoming calls, radio communications, security alarms, and requests for assistance, prioritizing incidents based on urgency.
• Dispatch and coordinate Security personnel in response to emergencies, incidents, guest concerns, and daily operational needs.
• Operate two-way radios, telephones, and other communication systems to relay critical information and coordinate responses between Security personnel, management, and other departments
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and communication reports using established systems and procedures
• Collaborate with Security leadership, Surveillance, Engineering, and other departments to communicate operational concerns and coordinate timely responses
• Follow established emergency response procedures while maintaining clear, professional communication and confidentiality
• Maintain accurate, real-time logs of communications, security incidents, emergencies, and daily activities, ensuring detailed documentation for reporting and follow-up
• Support security investigations by locating, reviewing, and retrieving relevant surveillance footage to assist with evidence identification and incident resolution.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Previous experience in security dispatch, emergency communications, hotel or casino operations, or a similar fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work Day, Swing, or Grave shifts, including weekends and holidays,
