Summary:
As a Security Delivery Practitioner, you will assist in defining requirements, designing and building security components, and testing efforts. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to gather and analyze security requirements, developing security solutions, and ensuring that all components meet the necessary standards. You will also engage in testing activities to validate the effectiveness of the security measures implemented, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization in security practices. This role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to enhancing our security posture.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform Cyber Ark installation, configuration and upgrades.
- Create, maintain and monitor the CyberArk policies
- Application integrations, Manage Vault Failover procedures, coordinate with vendor in troubleshooting issues and complete the new requirements like authentication changes
- Work with network, server team to set up /modify/resolve issues related to Cyber Ark infrastructure, Vendor coordination, Application patch deployment, Application Stabilization
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME and is required to be an active participant/contribute in team discussions.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies.
- Assist in the documentation of security processes and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security architecture with business goals and technical requirements.
- Continuously monitor and assess cloud security posture to identify potential risks and recommend improvements.
- Assist in developing best practices and guidelines for cloud security implementation and management.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on security architecture principles.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in CyberArk Privileged Access Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with identity and access management solutions.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and security audits.
- Experience in implementing security policies and procedures.
- Should be open to work in shifts, Travel to other locations when required
- Willing to learn new technologies cross skilling, Upskilling
- Good communication and business presentations.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in CyberArk Privileged Access Management.
- Experience with identity and access management concepts and tools related to privileged account security.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and architecture frameworks.
- Familiarity with security control implementation and operational transition in cloud environments.
- Ability to analyze and mitigate security risks associated with privileged access in cloud infrastructures.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory requirements relevant to cloud security.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3-5 years of experience in CyberArk Privileged Access Management.
- A Bachelors or Masters Degree in Technology or similar streams as fulltime education is required.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office. (Location Flex-Kolkata/ Delhi)
