Introduction
You will join the Global Information Security team and help protect Levi Strauss & Co. by delivering Level 3 (L3) support for enterprise security tools, troubleshooting escalated technical issues, and leading the response to P1 and P2 security incidents. Working closely with security, infrastructure, and technology teams, you will support the configuration, tuning, and administration of security platforms across endpoint, network, cloud, application, and ecommerce environments.
About the Job
- Monitor and analyze security alerts across enterprise security platforms to identify threats, suspicious activity, and security events requiring investigation.
- Provide L2 support for enterprise security tools and platforms, resolving escalated issues from L2 support and serving as a point of escalation for complex technical and user-reported problems.
- Administer and optimize security operations technologies, including endpoint, network, identity, cloud, and application security tools.
- Support vulnerability management efforts by identifying, tracking, and coordinating remediation activities across enterprise environments.
- Contribute to operational excellence through process documentation, runbook development, compliance support, and automation initiatives that improve security operations efficiency.
About You
- 3+ years of experience in security operations, security engineering, or a related cybersecurity role.
- Experience working with endpoint detection and response platforms such as CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, or similar solutions.
- Strong understanding of network security concepts including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and network traffic analysis.
- Familiarity with cloud security concepts and technologies across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
