Mejuri is heading into its busiest time of year and looking for seasonal support to join our team! As a Seasonal Stylist – Ship From Store, you'll be the engine behind our online orders. You'll make sure every order is picked, packed and shipped accurately and with care, so the right pieces reach the right customers as quickly as possible. Every package you prepare carries Mejuri's promise to our customers: high-quality pieces, delivered with care. Your focus will be on SFS and back of house, but at Mejuri we all sell. Depending on what the business needs that day, you'll also support on the sales floor and create a warm, welcoming experience for our customers. We are hiring August 17th through October 10th to support until January 22nd, 2027, including key trading periods such as Black Friday, the Christmas peak and Boxing Day.

The Role:

Ship From Store & Operations:

• Order Fulfilment: Pick customer orders accurately using handheld scanners or picking maps, and pack them to Mejuri's standards so every piece arrives in sellable condition and is beautifully presented.
• Speed & Accuracy: Keep up both speed and accuracy to hit daily fulfilment and shipping goals.
• Back of House Flow: Support the full back of house flow, including SFS, in-store sales, phone sales and BOPIS, while meeting packaging and order delivery standards.
• Storage & Organisation: Keep packing and back of house areas organised and efficient, including display inventory, sellable inventory, packaging and all supplies.
• Systems & Technology: Be comfortable with scanners, inventory management systems and point-of-sale systems, or be able to learn them.
• Shrink: Help reduce internal, external and administrative loss of product.
• Escalations: Spot opportunities, gaps, risks and roadblocks, and raise them with store leadership.

Customer (as business needs require):

• STACK: Support on the sales floor when needed, following Mejuri's Steps of Selling so every customer has an excellent experience.
• Services: Keep the customer experience positive and promote our services, including piercing, engraving and other offerings.

Merchandising:

• Brand Standards: Help uphold Mejuri's standards for visual presentation, cleanliness and functionality in the front and back of house.
• Fixtures & Maintenance: Look after the condition of display forms, graphics, furniture and décor, and let the right teams know when anything is missing or damaged.

People:

• Engaging: Build healthy relationships with the team and help keep the work environment positive and engaging.
