HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE…
As a Seasonal Production Operator or Forklift Driver, you will play an important role in supporting the production of trusted Campbell’s products during our busiest season. By maintaining quality standards, following safety procedures, and ensuring efficient material movement and production operations, you will help keep our facility running smoothly while gaining valuable manufacturing experience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO…
- Perform general production and manufacturing support tasks as assigned.
- Conduct required quality inspections and safety checks throughout the production process.
- Accurately complete production records and maintain required operational data.
- Maintain adequate supplies and materials to support efficient operations.
- Operate production equipment and support manufacturing processes as directed.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with housekeeping standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- For forklift assignments, safely transport materials, ingredients, finished goods, and other products throughout the facility.
- Assist with maintaining product quality, operational efficiency, and asset performance.
- Support overtime and additional operational needs as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE… (MUST HAVE)
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to perform general labor and production support activities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to accurately complete required documentation and records.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to carry, push, pull, stoop, bend, twist, climb stairs, stand, and walk throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to following all safety, quality, and food safety requirements.
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE… (NICE TO HAVE)
- Previous manufacturing or production experience.
- Forklift operating experience.
- Experience working in a food manufacturing environment.
- Experience performing quality checks and production documentation.
- Familiarity with warehouse, logistics, or material handling operations.
SHIFT INFORMATION
Potential Available Shifts:
1st Shift
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift
- 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
3rd Shift
- 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Weekly Schedule
- Mandatory Monday through Friday schedule
- Opportunity for daily overtime up to 12-hour shifts
- Weekend work scheduled based on business needs
COMPENSATION
Seasonal Production Operator
Starting Pay: $20.48 per hour
Seasonal Forklift Driver
Starting Pay: $21.20 per hour
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
