How you’ll make an impact
1. You will work cross-functionally and cross-BUs with operations, sales, quality, and other stakeholders to source, conduct supplier RFI, RFP, and RFQ, perform cost analysis, negotiation, and contract management, oversee delivery and quality management, and address supply chain needs promptly.
2.You will manage supplier performance in quality, delivery, and cost to meet company standards, regularly monitor supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement through evaluations and feedback to maintain long-term supplier partnerships.
3.You will continuously improve sourcing strategies and utilize various tools to support sourcing activities.
4.You will proactively identify cost-saving opportunities through technical optimizations and commercial negotiations, ensure on-time delivery of critical materials to meet production and project schedules, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve supply chain issues quickly.
5.You will support new product development projects, ensuring materials meet technical specifications and schedules, and identify and drive 2nd source projects among R&D, technical, quality, and suppliers with well-organized and coordinated ability.
6.You will develop fulfilment strategies with key suppliers to drive supplier fulfilment excellence, achieve in-stock and inventory excellence, and enhance supply chain efficiency.
7.You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines, and address escalated and urgent supplier delivery, quality, and service issues promptly.
8.You will be prepared to handle other tasks as assigned by the manager, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to organizational needs.

Your background
1.Have bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or a related field.
2.More than 5 years in supply chain management, procurement, or manufacturing, preferably in the electrical equipment industry.
3.Familiarity with sourcing strategy especially in Capex and R&D sourcing, supply chain optimization, supplier management.
4.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools Excel and BI is mandatory.
5.Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA and common office tools, with the ability to apply digital tools and data in routine business and support activities
6.Cheerful, proactive, with strong ownership and a positive mindset, independent and project management experience, quick learner with the ability to acquire new skills and knowledge.
7.Good communication skills and ability to work across multiple functions and cross cultural, drive action via the consensus with internal and external stakeholders
8.Sincerity and pioneering spirit must be followed as key values.
9.Use written/oral English as daily works.
