The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Scientist to serve as a critical R&D bridge between our commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical Services) and global R&D functions. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in marine coatings to drive customer satisfaction, support new business development, and ensure seamless technical execution across projects and product solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Carry out new solution development through Hempel Gate process
• Provide technical support to BTE, marketing, SC and other stakeholders
• Group or other reginal new product introduction, formula maintenance and optimization project
• Responsible for writing project reports and reporting testing results
• Keep working quality and environment meet the QHSE principles

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering,  Polymer Science and Material Science
• Fluent Chinese and English communication skills in both writing and speaking
• 0-3 years’ work experience
• Customer orientation and team work spirit
• Good operational ability
• Good communication skills
