Job Description
Key Duties and Areas of Responsibility
- Orientation and induction for new Parents and Students
- Carries out specific projects and research
- Facilitates annual review and update of company Policies
- Prepares PR items to create and increase exposure on social media and school website
- Drafts, types and dispatches reports, articles, letters, Newsletters, agendas and minutes/records of meetings
- Check all correspondences before sending for signature
- Devises/maintains office systems, including data management and filing
- Use appropriate IT resources to aid presentations, conferences, and corporate visits
- Prepares letters presentations and Reports
- Manages office budgets
- Attends meetings with SLT
- Always observes a code of strict confidentiality
- Undertakes other duties commensurate with the post to ensure the smooth operation of the responsibilities of the company’s function
- Streamlines processes, ensuring the team works as efficiently as possible
- Takes responsibility of all admin tasks and support admin team
- Monitors work requirements in the absence of the senior administrator
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing tasks as needed
Health and Safety
- Emphasizes the importance of safety in all areas of the curriculum, communicating to the pupils the importance of a responsible attitude towards personal safety, the safety of others and respect for The Hamilton International School’s property and equipment
- Perform playground duties on time and with due diligence to safeguard Hamilton students
- Take all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities
- Assist in implementing all policies and rules governing student life and conduct
- Ensure that all the necessary health and safety rules and procedures are being followed
- Maintain an awareness of all the health and safety measures to be taken when in school
Other duties and responsibilities
Any other duties that may be required from time to time. These are typical work responsibilities, but responsibilities are not only limited to the ones mentioned. ISP ME reserves the right to add or change responsibilities by communicating in writing to the employee.
Position Requirements Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in from an accredited institution
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ work experience
Language:
- English is mandatory
- Arabic is an advantage
