As a SAP PP QM - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization. Within our Advisory practice, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will respond effectively to diverse perspectives, needs, and feelings, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will reinforce the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements, contributing to the delivery of client solutions and the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement SAP supply chain and operations solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Optimizing supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Utilizing data-driven insights to inform supply chain transformation initiatives
- Managing project resources and budgeting to validate timely delivery of solutions
- Coordinating supply chain management activities to improve performance and reduce lead times
- Developing procurement strategies and implementing procurement systems for cost efficiency
- Supporting inventory management and warehouse layout design to streamline operations
- Applying analytical thinking to forecast demand and plan operations effectively
- Collaborating with teams to drive process improvement and operational excellence

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
- Utilizing SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM) for operational excellence
- Demonstrating proficiency in data modeling and demand forecasting
- Managing inventory and warehouse layout design effectively
- Excelling in project budgeting and resource management
- Embracing change and learning agility in complex environments
