As a SAP IS-PS - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver tailored SAP Finance solutions, leveraging your skills in business application consulting. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will navigate complex client environments, utilizing your knowledge to address unique challenges and drive impactful results. This role involves working directly with clients, enhancing their financial systems through SAP, and contributing to their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will develop meaningful client connections and anticipate their needs, guiding them through complex scenarios. You will also mentor junior team members, fostering their growth while maintaining professional and technical standards. Your ability to analyze complex problems and deliver quality solutions will be crucial in building your personal brand and expanding your technical skills.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing complex financial data to support SAP Finance initiatives
- Implementing SAP FICO solutions to enhance financial reporting and compliance
- Managing financial transactions and reporting using SAP Accounts Payable (AP) and SAP Central Finance
- Developing financial models and forecasts to inform strategic decision-making
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Presenting financial reports and insights to stakeholders to drive informed business decisions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support finance transformation projects
- Utilizing financial management software to streamline budgeting and financial planning processes
- Adapting to changes in regulatory authority compliance issues and financial regulations
- Mentoring junior team members in financial analysis and SAP application usage

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP FI and SAP FICO modules
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance financial reporting processes
- Embracing change and adapting to evolving financial regulations
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends for strategic insights
- Developing financial models to support business process improvement
