As a SAP GTS Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Business Application Consulting group, specializing in SAP Compliance and Security. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to optimize operational efficiency, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on confirming compliance and enhancing security within SAP applications, helping clients mitigate risks and protect sensitive data.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

- Leading SAP compliance and security consulting services to optimize client operational efficiency
- Analyzing client requirements and implementing security measures within SAP applications
- Providing guidance and support for compliance with regulatory standards and industry regulations
- Developing and executing strategic plans for seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality client service
- Identifying opportunities to enhance business performance through innovative technology solutions
- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Utilizing SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tools to mitigate risks and protect sensitive data

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9-12 years of experience of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

Should have managed multiple Global Trade solution projects

• Should have managed teams and also worked with various geographically split teams

Collaboration for key stakeholders and working with the leadership team in achieving business

objectives.

• Extensive knowledge in Global Trade Design, Architecture and end to end solutions integration

• Excellent understanding of Global Trade standards and regulations

• Has worked on multiple client engagements in design, solution and architecture

• Individual team player with thought leadership

•Ability to prepare consulting level slide decks showcasing GTS architecture , RFP, SoW exp

• Work on all phases of SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) implementation which includes blueprinting, gap analysis, mapping, prototypes, design, developing, testing, go-live, user training and post-production support
• Work in the technology organization and business representatives to determine the business process and solution design leveraging the capabilities of SAP GTS like Compliance, Customs and Risk Management processes
• Hands-on developing and implementing User Exits, Enhancements, Report and transaction objects, Scripts, BAPIs, internal and external integration technologies
• Manage a team of Analyst/Consultants/Solution Architects. Responsible for their appraisal and Feedback
