As a SAP - EWM/WM Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative solutions within our Digital Core Modernisation network. You will be part of a team that addresses complex business challenges, leveraging your skills in SAP Supply Chain and Operations to drive impactful results. Within our Advisory Acceleration Centre, you will contribute to PwC's global delivery capabilities, providing cost-effective and quality services that enhance client engagements.

As a Senior Associate, you will develop meaningful client connections and guide others through complex scenarios. You will use your problem-solving skills to analyze intricate concepts and deliver quality work. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on building relationships and navigating ambiguity, while growing your personal brand and technical skills. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing complex supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Leading the implementation of SAP Supply Chain Management solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused supply chain transformation projects
- Utilizing data modeling and analysis to support demand forecasting and inventory management strategies
- Developing procurement strategies that align with cost management and operational excellence goals
- Managing project resources and budgets to validate timely and efficient project delivery
- Designing and optimizing warehouse layouts to improve workflow and reduce lead times
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster professional growth and development
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Leveraging industry trends and insights to drive innovative supply chain solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
- Utilizing data modeling and analysis for supply chain optimization
- Excelling in demand forecasting and inventory management strategies
- Implementing cost management and efficiency improvements in operations
- Leading procurement strategy and system implementation projects
- Managing warehouse layout design and Warehouse Management System (WMS) integration
