As a SAP Delivery Director, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of SAP consulting projects within our Finance Technology - SAP Core ERP practice. You will be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions to our clients in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sector, driving transformation and efficiency through SAP implementations. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts. You will make impactful decisions and oversee multiple projects, maintaining executive-level client relations. Translating the vision, you set the tone and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are all foundational to our success.

Responsibilities

- Leading strategic direction and business development efforts within SAP consulting projects
- Overseeing multiple SAP implementation projects to drive business growth and client satisfaction
- Cultivating executive-level client relationships to enhance engagement and service delivery
- Mentoring and guiding teams in the development and execution of SAP solutions
- Promoting the integration of emerging technologies and innovative design in SAP projects
- Developing and managing project architecture and budgeting to optimize resource allocation
- Facilitating enterprise integration and technology implementation to streamline business processes
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to identify and address business challenges
- Encouraging creativity and systemic thinking to solve complex problems and drive innovation
- Confirming data integrity and compliance within SAP frameworks and processes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 15 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications such as S/4HANA (any core module), Business Process Integration, SAP Activate, MDG, GRC, or Integration Suite
- Demonstrating strategic leadership in SAP consulting projects
- Leading business development initiatives within the technology sector
- Cultivating executive-level client relationships in telecommunications
- Driving innovation in enterprise software solutions
