We’re Hiring: SAP CRM Application Support

Location: DXC Manila IPC McKinley Hill, Taguig City
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities
 

The SAP CRM Application Support facilitates the implementation and support of the technical solution to enhance the client’s business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.

• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.

• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.

• Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy client’s needs.

• Design, development, customize, configure and testing of CRM.

• Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.

• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and fix problems.

• Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high-priority issues.

• Document functional designs, test cases and results.

• Develop comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials

• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.

• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client requirements

• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.

• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.

• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.

• Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.

• Problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.

• Fluent in English

Qualifications
 

• 3-5 years of hands-on SAP CRM experience within Agile delivery squads.

• Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• At least 1 years of experience in the relevant industries.
