顧客のDXパートナーとして、システム構想の策定から実際の導入・運用までを一気通貫でリードします。単なるツールの導入に留まらず、Salesforceを活用してお客様のビジネスを成功へ導くことが本ポジションの重要な役割となります。

• アドバイザーとして、またはプライムベンダーとして、プロジェクトをサービスインまで責任を持って完遂させる役割を担います。

End-to-Endの関与

• 構想策定から構築、定着化まで支援するため、幅広い専門スキルを習得する機会が豊富にあります。

具体的な担当領域

Salesforce Architectとして、専門性を活かしたコンサルティング業務を遂行していただきます。当初は以下いずれかのロールを担当していただく想定であり、入社時の役割については選考プロセスを通じて決定します。また、入社後には個々の能力を広げられる機会があり、習得したスキルに応じて多様な役割を担うことが可能です。

主なロール

PM (Project Manager)

• プロジェクトのリーダーとして牽引し、案件を成功に導く責任者

BA (Business Architect)

• ビジネス戦略、業務プロセス設計、および定着化の主導

SA (Solution Architect)

• アプリケーション全体設計、データモデル、標準機能活用、マルチクラウド設計の主導

TA (Technical Architect)

• インテグレーション、セキュリティ、システム・アーキテクチャ設計・構築、高度な技術実装の主導

A.戦略・変革デザイン策定（Strategy & Change Design）

組織およびシステム全体の変革構想とロードマップを策定します。

組織・業務領域変革構想デザイン

• 業務プロセス改革や組織変革のグランドデザイン策定

システム領域変革構想デザイン

• ITランドスケープにおけるアーキテクチャ構想

Salesforce Org 戦略

• Salesforce組織（インスタンス）の活用戦略・ガバナンス戦略策定、ロードマップ策定

Salesforce CTO

• CTOの視点からAgentic Enterpriseへの変革を支援

変革推進 / 定着化

• Salesforce活用の定着化計画立案と実行支援

概念実証（PoC)

• 具体的な解決策の設計や仮説ソリューションの実現可能性を検証

B.プロジェクト実行・支援（Project Execution & Support）

要件定義からリリースまで、各フェーズにおいて支援または実務を遂行します。プロジェクトの特性に応じウォーターフォール型かアジャイル型を選択します。

プロジェクト管理

• プロジェクト計画の策定、推進、および管理支援

要件定義

• ビジネス要件およびシステム化要件の抽出・定義、プロセスのファシリテーション

設計

• アーキテクチャ・詳細設計の作成、または成果物のレビュー

開発・テスト

• 実装・テストのリード、または開発標準策定・品質管理

移行・展開

• データ移行・リリースの実行、または移行戦略立案・実行支援

CI/CD

• DevOpsパイプラインの環境設計・構築・運用の支援

C.ガバナンス・最適化（Governance & Optimization）

Salesforce Governance

• CoE（Center of Excellence）の設立、運営モデルの組成および運営支援

Design Authority

• 設計品質の診断、レビュー、承認プロセスの確立による設計品質の統制

設計品質BestPracticeの提言・遂行支援（Design Authority）

• 設計品質の診断、レビュー、承認プロセスの確立

Architecture Optimization

• 既存環境の診断（Org診断 & ヘルスチェック）および最適化提案

応募要件

必須要件（Must）

実務経験

以下の領域のいずれかにおいて、5年以上の主体的な実務経験を有すること

A. 変革デザインと戦略

B. ガバナンスと最適化

C. プロジェクト推進・実行

リーダーシップ 

• 3年以上のチームリーダー経験（立場は問わない）

コミュニケーション能力

• 経営層を含む顧客と適切な意思疎通を図り、合意形成を推進できること 
• 関連組織のメンバーに対し、敬意を払いつつ率直かつ建設的な対話ができること

基礎理解力と学習意欲 

• 業務要件やSalesforceの技術用語、各種メソッドを短期間で理解できること
• AIを効率的に活用し、継続的に学習する意欲と実行力があること

マインドセット 

• 批判的思考（Critical Thinking）とアンラーニング（Unlearning）を実践できること 
• 過去の成功体験に固執しすぎず、AIなどの新技術に合わせて自らの考えや方法論を柔軟に適合できること

言語能力

• 日本語：流暢レベル
• 英語：英文ドキュメントの読解に支障がないレベル以上

望ましい経験・能力（Want）

AI・データ領域の実務経験

• Data 活用やAI Agentの開発など、先端技術を用いたプロジェクト経験

グローバル案件の遂行能力

• 英語を用いたビジネスレベルのコミュニケーションおよびプロジェクト遂行能力
