The Sales Facilitator is responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering comprehensive sales training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our sales team. This role requires a deep understanding of our sales processes, product knowledge, a passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire and motivate sales professionals.

What you'll do:

• Design sales training programs, including onboarding, ongoing learning, and advanced selling skills
• Build training modules in the format that fits, such as presentations, e-learning, workshops, and role-plays
• Run live training for new hires and tenured reps, both in person and virtual
• Coach reps one-on-one and give feedback they can act on
• Track sales performance metrics to see whether training is working, then adjust programs based on what you find
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to spot training needs and keep our messaging consistent
• Maintain a library of enablement resources, including scripts, objection-handling guides, and product information

About you:

• 3+ years in sales training, enablement, or sales leadership, ideally in a highly transactional sales environment
• A track record of successful sales training and a solid grasp of sales processes, methodologies, and frameworks
• Confident presenter and clear communicator, whether you're in front of a room or on a one-on-one call
• Analytical enough to tell whether a training program is working and what to change
• Organized and self-motivated, able to balance competing priorities on your own and as part of a team
• Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools, such as Salesforce, Gong, or MindTickle
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation.
