The Growth Ops & Tech team powers intelligent, balanced growth through AI-first journey orchestration, agile process, and modern MarTech and sales tools.

We seek a Sales Technology Analyst to manage the daily administration, optimization, and enablement of our go-to-market technology stack. This includes Outreach.ai, Gong, and the advanced LinkedIn prospecting tool. In this role, you'll be the go-to guide for these platforms, ensuring our teams (Sales, SDRs, Account Management, Marketing) have reliable, well-configured tools that drive pipeline generation, deal execution, and revenue growth.

What You'll Do

• Serve as an administrator for Outreach.io, the Gong platform, and the LinkedIn sales tool, handling user provisioning, licensing, permissions, and platform configuration
• Optimize Outreach sequences, templates, and mailboxes in partnership with Sales and Marketing collaborators
• Handle seat distribution, lists, and integration with CRM/prospecting processes using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Supervise platform health, solve user issues, and serve as the point of escalation for tool-related questions

• Onboard new sales reps and other users to Outreach, to Gong, and to the Sales Navigator tool offered by LinkedIn
• Build and maintain documentation, playbooks, and training materials for platform usage and guidelines

• Build and sustain reports on outbound activity, call/meeting analytics, and prospecting engagement
• Analyze usage data and performance trends to identify process gaps and recommend improvements
• Partner with stakeholders to translate platform data into actionable insights

• Continuously evaluate workflows across platforms to identify automation opportunities and reduce manual work

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales, or a related role
• Hands-on experience with at least one sales engagement platform (Outreach, Salesloft, or similar) required; direct Outreach.io experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Gong or a similar conversation intelligence platform preferred
• Experience working with LinkedIn’s Sales Navigator service and prospecting/outbound workflows
• Solid understanding of a CRM platform (Salesforce or HubSpot); experience handling CRM integrations is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Good communication skills and comfort working multi-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and technical collaborators
• Diligent, meticulous, and comfortable owning systems independently
• Experience with SQL, Excel, and crafting visual reports. Knowledge of AI processes and technologies for sales
• Nice to Have: Relevant certifications (Outreach Certified Administrator, Gong Certified Admin, Salesforce Admin, etc.) Experience supporting a SaaS or B2B sales organization, familiarity with sales methodology frameworks (MEDDIC, GLOBAL, etc.)
