We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Process Administrator to support sales operations and ensure the efficient execution of administrative and customer-facing processes. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, sales teams, product divisions, and other internal stakeholders to facilitate communication, resolve inquiries, and support operational activities.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They possess strong communication skills, enjoy supporting customers and sales teams, and can accurately maintain reports and administrative records.

• Provide administrative and process support to the sales organization.

• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with internal departments to obtain, provide, or clarify information.

• Serve as a liaison between customers, product divisions, business centers, and cross-functional teams.

• Coordinate customer visits and maintain records related to demonstration equipment usage.

• Support activities related to:

• Product orders and order status inquiries

• Product change notifications

• Application assistance requests

• Marketing and campaign inquiries

• Customer issue resolution

• Prepare, generate, and distribute routine sales and operational reports.

• Research, compile, analyze, and maintain reports, including call activity reports, order shipment reports, and other business-related analyses.

• Ensure accurate recordkeeping and timely follow-up on customer and sales support requests.

Qualifications

• Recent college graduate preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service mindset with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Previous administrative, customer service, or sales support experience is beneficial but not required.
