As a Sales Operations & Digital Solutions Senior Analyst you will support alliance sales operations and digital solutions work within our Internal Firm Services practice, focusing on relationship building, sales enablement, and data-informed process improvement. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, mentor junior team members, and contribute to deliverables that support business priorities while building meaningful stakeholder connections. In this role at PwC, you will help develop and execute sales operations activities, identify process enhancements, and support cross-functional collaboration that strengthens alliance execution and market alignment.



Responsibilities

- Managing sales operations workstreams that support alliance strategy, market penetration, and revenue growth
- Developing and maintaining relationships with alliance leaders and internal teams to identify synergies and business opportunities
- Translating market insights, pipeline data, and forecasting inputs into actionable recommendations for solution development
- Coordinating digital solution initiatives that improve sales program execution and support cross-functional delivery
- Analyzing complex business issues to prioritize work, resolve blockers, and guide next steps across assigned projects
- Tracking performance metrics, market trends, and growth opportunities to inform sales planning and execution
- Supporting the development of business plans and go-to-market actions for technology-enabled offerings
- Applying digital tooling, AI fluency, and customer relationship management skills to streamline workflows and strengthen client engagement
- Reviewing deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with professional and technical standards
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and feedback
- Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
- Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing or related PwC experience

- Experience in process improvement and stakeholders management
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- AI and automations experience or knowledge or willking to upskilling in new technologies.

- Salesforce or other CRM is plus

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Advertising, Analytics, Business Administration/Management, Business Communications, Communications Studies/Speech Communication and Rhetoric, Consumer Studies, Design, e-Business, English Literature, Journalism, Marketing, Organizational Management, Public Relations
- Demonstrating sales operations or digital solutions experience in internal services settings
- Interpreting data to shape sales strategy, forecasts, and recommendations
- Using digital tooling, AI fluency, and AI-human collaboration
- Building client relationships and cross-functional connections
- Applying analytical thinking, communication, and learning agility
- Navigating ambiguity while guiding junior team members

- Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
- Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices
