Are you analytical, structured, and interested in understanding how a global Sales organization works and how to make it better?

Toradex is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Global Sales team. You will help make our Sales organization more efficient, data-driven, and scalable by improving how our processes, systems, data, and knowledge work together. You will work closely with our global Sales team and collaborate with Customer Service and other functions. This is a hands-on role combining sales operations, process improvement, data analysis, reporting, documentation, and team enablement.

Toradex's Brazil office hosts members of our Global Sales, Marketing, R&D, and other teams, working on activities with global reach. Our teams are international, collaborative, and empowered to continuously improve how we work and serve our customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will contribute to outcomes such as:

• Increase efficiency and reporting from lead to shipped order
• Efficient Sales Processes: Sales processes and workflows are clearly defined, documented, followed, and continuously improved.
• Reliable Sales Pipeline: CRM and pipeline information is accurate and structured, enabling reliable funnel, conversion, forecast, and performance analysis.
• Actionable Sales Data: Sales management and teams have clear Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and analyses to support decision-making.
• Strong Data Flows: Data flows between CRM, reporting tools, and other business systems are understood, structured, and reliable.
• Clear Sales Knowledge: Processes, guidelines, and relevant information are well organized and easy to find in Confluence.
• Effective Sales Workflows: Jira, CRM, Confluence, and other tools effectively support Sales processes, with opportunities for standardization and automation continuously identified.
• Sales Team Enablement: Sales teams are properly trained on processes, tools, and ways of working, with appropriate documentation and training materials available.
• Effective Sales–Customer Service Handover: Responsibilities, processes, and information flows between Sales and Customer Service are clear and work efficiently.
• Continuous Improvement: Bottlenecks, data-quality issues, manual activities, and process gaps are proactively identified and improved.

Skills

• Available to work Hybrid from Toradex Office in Campinas-SP.
• Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or another relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working.
• Ability to understand business processes and how data flows between systems and teams.
• Good knowledge of Excel and experience or strong interest in Power BI and dashboard creation.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment.
• Ability to work independently, organize priorities, and follow through on activities.
• Curiosity and a continuous-improvement mindset.
