How You'll Create Possibilities

• Lead content and asset activation for new product launches online with THD online team
• Manage quality/return errors associated with online audits on product information pages in THD’s Supplier Hub
• Onboard, train & manage Commercial Development Program bubble assignments and Co-op/interns
• Own product maintenance with Home Depot in their item data management system
• Assist with tracking THD initiatives & online performance
• Collaborate with Operations/Logistics to ship/plan orders for new initiatives  
• Provide operational support for the Home Depot National Account Team to include managing all THD Escalations for Delivery/Service by working closely with Local Delivery Team/Service Organization
• Closely work with GEA ASI Call Center Home Delivery Team in Rapid/Memphis to drive resolution on escalations in a timely manner.
• Available for customer (e.g. retail hours, weekends, holidays) with access to systems in case issues arise (main point of contact for issues)
• THD vendor liaison for delivery issues
• Mentored to cross train on all THD processes/issues/resolutions
• Escalation contact for Area Sales Managers
• Work Cross-Functionally with Delivery Agents to drive resolution

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Basic Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in sales.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Bachelor degree
