We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Sales Consultant to join our award winning Hygiene team on a full-time, permanent basis for our Sydney territory! If you love to win, have great people and communication skills and the drive and hunger to succeed, then you could be our next sales superstar.

This role plays a crucial role in keeping companies, individuals and Australia hygienic, healthy and protected from disease. Your responsibilities will be to use your outstanding sales skills and outgoing personality to win new sales and clients within your sales territory, as well as maintain an existing portfolio. You will be welcomed into a friendly and competitive team who are highly motivated and focused on achieving results. You will be given full product training, with hands-on assistance from the Sales Manager and the Sales Team.

We will provide you with a competitive base salary, a highly rewarding uncapped commission structure with an OTE of $140k + (with our top performing sales consultants earning $160k pa), company vehicle, mobile phone, tablet, and ongoing coaching and development.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Driving sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via cold calling, converting online leads, visiting customer sites, and more
• Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve set sales targets
• Building strong customer relationships and managing a sales pipeline
• Identifying customer needs and knowing how to deliver successful sales
• Work collaboratively with our amazing technicians to support them to deliver more sales leads for you to convert
