Sales Consultant – End User – Remote Ontario

The End User Sales Consultant role is responsible for driving territory revenue by developing and maintaining relationships with the end user community in region, (Ex. Education, Healthcare, Government and other Commercial markets) to influence Allegion market share for both mechanical and electronic solutions applications. The position will report locally to the Regional Sales Manager and will be focused on the combined activities/program execution driven by the demand creation team and regional sales.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and maintain relationships with targeted end users to achieve annual goals and business priorities through account and opportunity planning execution
• Implement and manage sales activities and tactics to generate, pursue and track sales opportunities/activites.
• Utilizing CRM tool for basis of collaborating and planning
• Understand the business and market dynamics that increase end user value
• Utilizes industry and market trends to solve solutions-based needs for accounts
• Strong project management, negotiation and closing sales skills to orchestrate a strong team selling environment
• Articulate value of solutions to all levels within the end user community
• Understanding of code compliance requirements and applications

What You Need to Succeed:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field preferred
• 7+ years’ experience in similar selling structure and role
• Strong Communication skills - verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with and influence a variety of accounts
• Self-motivator and entrepreneurial mindset
• Able to work at building a business.  Small scale to larger scale build up.
• Ability to think strategically and problem solve with entrepreneurial commitment to achieving goals
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to execute on business plans
• Ability to travel 20% overnight

Compensation: This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

• The expected Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $120,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
