Requirements

• Drive sales by connecting authentically with customers, sharing product knowledge, and anticipating their travel needs. 
• Partner with store leadership to execute selling strategies and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. 
• Accurately and efficiently process transactions using our Shopify POS system.  
• Support stock management, maintain beautiful visual merchandising, and assist with opening/closing routines with great attention to detail. 
• Act as a hands-on customization expert by personalizing bags and travel gear for clients in-store, creating a truly unique and memorable experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• You have a passion for selling, helping people, and turning everyday customer interactions into positive opportunities.  
• You possess strong problem-solving skills, great time management, and a mindset focused on achieving KPIs.  
• You are comfortable handling cash transactions, multitasking, and tackling physical retail tasks like standing, lifting, and managing inventory.  
• Flexible availability with the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays to support the needs of the business.
• While retail experience is a plus, your energy, drive, & willingness to learn are what matter most!
