As a Sailpoint Developer - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of identity and access management within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be at the forefront of developing and implementing innovative solutions that enhance cybersecurity measures for our clients. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.

Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing identity and access management solutions using Sailpoint and related technologies
- Managing access control systems and confirming compliance with authorization management protocols
- Collaborating with clients to understand their identity management needs and providing tailored solutions
- Utilizing Azure Active Directory and Cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM) to enhance security measures
- Conducting vulnerability assessments and implementing strategies for risk mitigation
- Designing and maintaining systems for identity verification and user access rights management
- Integrating federated identity management and identity governance frameworks into client environments
- Providing technical documentation and support for identity and access management projects
- Analyzing complex cybersecurity challenges and developing innovative solutions to address them
- Mentoring junior team members in identity and access management practices and technologies
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4-8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to identity governance and access management, including CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, or equivalent IAM credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Utilizing Azure Active Directory for identity management solutions
- Managing CyberArk for privileged access management
- Implementing Role Based Access Control (RBAC) systems
- Excelling in analytical thinking and problem-solving within cybersecurity contexts
