Für unser Team an unserem Standort in Lyss suchen wir Dich in Teil- oder Vollzeit (80-100%) als Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Customer Service für den Bereich Umweltanalytik.

Das bewegst Du bei uns

• Erstkontakt/Front Office für unsere Kunden aus dem Umweltbereich (Kundenbetreuung per Telefon/Email auf Französisch und Deutsch)
• Erstellung von Kundenofferten
• Terminkoordination sowie Unterstützung bei der Registrierung von Umweltproben im Laborinformationssystem
• Bearbeitung von Rückmeldungen zur Rechnungsstellung, zu Berichten und zur Logistik von Proben
• Annahme, Vorbereitung und Versand von Kundenlieferungen
• Koordination von firmeneigenen und externen Kurieren
• Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde und Labor bzw. Kunde und Vertrieb
• Übernahme administrativer Aufgaben (z.B. Debitorenrechnungen, Kundenstammdatenpflege usw.)

Das bringst Du mit

• Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich und/oder Arbeitserfahrung im interdisziplinären Umfeld (z.B. im Labor-, Produktions-, Gewerbe- oder Praxisbetrieb)
• ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit sowie dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Freude an der Kommunikation mit Kunden und Arbeitskolleg*innen aus unterschiedlichen Abteilungen in einem dynamischen, dienstleistungsorientierten Umfeld
• sichere IT-Kenntnisse in MS-Office (Outlook, Excel) sowie Erfahrung in der Anwendung einer Datenbanksoftware von Vorteil (z.B. LIMS oder ERP-System)
• sehr gute Kenntnisse in Französisch und Deutsch (in Sprache und Schrift); Englisch-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
