Job Summary:
The S&OP Manager plays a key role in providing planning and supply chain operations analytics. Integrates into the business locally with key business partners to become a regional expert across the supply chain. Drives scenario planning and trend analysis and provides recommendations to senior leadership to support the company in focusing on the consumer, supporting brand growth, and achieving profitability.

Responsibilities:
Drives business results and outcomes focused on region, brand, and channel providing multi-disciplined analytics, business process changes, and recommendations for KPI improvement. Provides scenario planning and trend analysis to determine how key KPIs are tracking to goals.

Leverages and navigates needs between regional and global topics. Develops and manages financial updates for monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables.

Provides leadership in translating metrics and tools for key stakeholders across the organization. Creates dashboards to visually present metrics and key KPIs and uses storytelling to highlight key takeaways and action items across regions, brands, and channels.

Possesses a strong understanding of key Integrated Business Planning processes and data with ability to bridge and directly work with technical development teams to build long-term solutions and support strategic initiatives.

Leads cross-functional projects across the business to effectively drive change in service, cost, and inventory. Possesses a thorough understanding of the up-stream and the down-stream processes and high-level systems flow in order to determine the impact of process changes. Provides leadership in determining gaps and opportunities in the effectiveness of regional and/or global planning and operations systems and processes.

Additional Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 8+ years of professional experience and mastery of relevant technical or business skills required to accomplish the job.

• Must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and monitoring of own work to ensure quality

• Ability to understand and translate moderately technical concepts verbally and in writing
• Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to urgent requests/inquiries with minimal supervisory involvement
• Significant experience using Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets, charts and pivot tables; using of functions such as sumif, vlookup, and similar
• Experience using Microsoft Access and Cognos including running preformatted reports and creating simple queries
• Travel: Occasional - 10%
• Work Schedule: Standard Hours

• Communication & Influence: Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view. Converts technical information to compelling business context and advice.
• Impact: Decisions will have significant impact to multiple departments or disciplines.
• Leadership: Manages projects and end to end programs with moderate resource requirements, risk and/or complexity. Provides training and leadership for other team members. Key role in planning and coordinating with others for projects or tasks. May contribute input to the performance review of other team members. Primary role is an individual contributor however may also manage one lower level employee.

Typical Office: Operates in a typical office environment, routinely uses computer and other standard office equipment.

Other Physical Requirements: 
Typical Office: Generally sedentary for prolonged periods, may occasionally require ability to move about or adjust/move items weighing up to 10 lbs. in all directions; Constantly requires collaboration and the ability to communicate with others to exchange information while in a typical office setting. Collaboration is generally conducted in person unless the role has been pre-approved for remote work.
