About the Job

• Supporting the Road team in daily operational processes,
• Assisting with shipment follow-up and coordination,
• Supporting the preparation and control of operational documentation,
• Communicating with relevant internal teams and business partners,
• Supporting data entry, reporting and documentation processes,
• Following shipment-related information and keeping relevant records up to date,
• Providing general operational support to the team.

About You

• Preferably studying fourth-year university student or recent graduated from Logistics Management, International Trade, International Trade and Logistics or other related departments,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Willing to learn and develop within the logistics industry,
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to follow operational processes,
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Residing on the European Side of Istanbul or able to commute conveniently,
• Available to work at least 4 days per week.
