Logan Health is looking for a part-time (24 hours/week) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pain Procedures Team!

We are located within Wellness and Pain Management at 245 Windward Way in beautiful, Kalispell, MT. Our area offers unmatched Rocky Mountain views, Glacier National Park, and a variety of outdoor recreation at your doorstep.

What you'll be doing:

• Make reminder phone calls to patients and review medications with them
• Prepare charts for procedures
• Provide pre-operative care for patients receiving procedures
• Administer sedation medication
• Provide post-operative care, discharge instructions and and patient education
• Opportunity to grow and become an RN Circulator in the procedure room if you have the desire to learn!

Who you are?

Our ideal candidate will have strong nursing skills and a willingness to learn! Prior Interventional Pain Procedure, Pre-op or PACU experience a plus, but not required. We will train!

Qualifications:

• Current Montana RN License or a multi-state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Current HCP CPR certification required.
• RQI Provider (BLS) within seven (7) days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first, required.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and prioritization skills; detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively while maintaining confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences and handle sensitive situations with professionalism and diplomacy.

Shift:

Schedule: Part-time, 24 hours per week, variable day shifts. No weekends or holidays. Shifts may be 8 hours or 10 hours in length or include half day shifts depending on procedure schedule.

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
