BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate, relationship-driven Registered Nurse to join our Burlington (BUR) Assistive Care office as a Clinical Manager.This office supports clients across Burlington county.
In this role, you will help lead a team that supports adult and senior clients who want to remain safely and comfortably at home. You’ll partner closely with caregivers, clients, families, and office staff to ensure high-quality care, strong communication, and an exceptional client experience.

What you’ll do
- Lead, mentor, and support caregivers and field staff in delivering compassionate, dependable care
- Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments, supervisory visits, and service check-ins
- Oversee care planning, client documentation, and communication with families and internal teams
- Supervise and support Home Health Aides in the field, including orientation, training, and skills validation
- Help coordinate schedules and services to support continuity of care
- Partner with office leadership on quality, compliance, and client satisfaction
- Respond to changes in client needs and help ensure care plans remain accurate, timely, and client-centered

What we’re looking for
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 2 years of RN experience
- Home care, assistive care, personal care, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Comfort balancing office responsibilities with field-based client visits
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
- A genuine passion for helping clients live safely and with dignity at home
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday, daytime office hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Combination of office-based leadership and field-based client visits
- Flexibility needed to support client needs, caregiver supervision, and service continuity
- Occasional local travel for client visits, supervisory visits, meetings, and community engagement
