Purpose of the role:

To drive sustainable revenue growth by optimizing pricing, promotions, assortment, and trade investments based on consumer, market, and channel insights. 

Key Accountabilities:

• Pricing Strategy Optimization: Refine and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue, margins, and competitiveness. 

• Promotion & Trade Spend Effectiveness: Design and optimize promotions and trade investments to drive profitable growth and ROI. 

• Portfolio & Assortment Management: Optimize product mix and assortment to meet consumer needs and drive value growth. 

• Channel & Customer Strategy: Tailor revenue growth strategies by channel and customer to capture maximum value.

Qualifications and experience required:

• Graduate, preferably with at least 5 years of experience in RGM, planning, and sales   

• Proven track record of defining and delivering commercially oriented strategies and plans   

• Strong commercial experience and financial acumen   

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills   

• Executive presence and ability to influence critical commercial decisions with senior stakeholders   

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team to align and coordinate internal resources   

• Highly independent thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills   

• Able to manage multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously
