Role Overview  

What You Will Do 

• Support RFC financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Partner with Fulfillment Operations leaders to track and improve key metrics related to cost, productivity, quality, and service.
• Conduct data analysis to identify performance gaps, uncover opportunities, and support business decision-making.
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and KPIs to provide timely visibility into operational and financial performance.
• Build financial models and analyses to support capacity planning, process improvements, and operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency improvements and enhance the customer experience.

Basic Qualifications  

• 6-10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis in a fast-paced technology-oriented organization.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, strong business sense, and willingness to work within a fast-paced and growing environment.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and organize large amounts of data and provide insight and recommendation.
• Strong Excel skills
• Fluent level English and traditional Mandarin.

Preferred Qualifications 

• MBA
• Strong SQL and PowerBI skills
