Revenue Finance Analyst

Please note this position is based in London and the successful candidate’s contractual location will be London; other locations cannot be considered.

This is a great job for someone who has knowledge of Report Revenue Management and Fee Billing Calculation alongside previous experience within the asset management or financial services industries or someone seeking a pathway into the asset management industry.

A bit about the job:

In this role the successful candidate will support the delivery of accurate monthly revenues, including the monthly accruals and billing. You will help to resolve issues identified with fee accruals and billing and ensure necessary actions are followed through and completed in a timely manner. In addition to this you will be reviewing the work prepared by the offshore team and providing updates to the onshore team and the business on key changes and highlights. The role holder will work closely with the Finance Business Improvement team to ensure all system changes are tested and documented to ensure system integrity whilst ensuring all controls are adhered to and evidenced. Additionally, the successful candidate will support the wider Finance teams, including the business partnering and FP&A to assist in the understanding of the various revenue streams. Work closely with these teams to provide necessary input into their cycles (forecasting, planning etc.).

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Experience within the asset management industry is preferred, although candidates with a broader finance background will also be considered. Part-qualified accountant status or an equivalent qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred, but not essential) is desirable but not essential.

• Requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to manipulate large volumes of data making use of strong excel skills.

• Excellent networking and communication skills, enabling the role holder to engage across the business, analyse information, and to establish & maintain effective relationships.

• Demonstrates the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly and apply them effectively to BAU processes.

• Ability to challenge existing processes and tenaciously drive innovative solutions through to successful resolution.
