About Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr, Morocco:

This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, indoor and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

The Role of Revenue Analyst:

We currently have an opportunity for a Revenue Analyst to join our Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco.

Reporting to the Revenue Manager, the Revenue Analyst is responsible for supporting the hotel’s revenue optimization strategy through detailed analysis, forecasting, reporting, and performance monitoring. This role plays a key part in identifying revenue opportunities, analyzing market trends, and providing data-driven insights to support commercial decision-making and maximize hotel profitability.

Responsibilities include analyzing business performance metrics such as Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, RGI, booking pace, and market share; preparing demand forecasts and profitability analyses; monitoring reservation trends, cancellations, no-shows, booking windows, and length-of-stay patterns; and conducting competitor benchmarking and market analysis to support pricing and inventory strategies.

The Revenue Analyst is also responsible for producing and distributing revenue reports, maintaining data accuracy across revenue management systems, auditing rates and reservation data, analyzing distribution channel performance, and developing dashboards and presentations that highlight key trends and opportunities.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office, and Finance teams, the Revenue Analyst supports pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies, participates in forecasting and commercial meetings, provides recommendations on promotions and market segment opportunities, and contributes to annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning exercises.

Our Ideal Revenue Analyst Candidate Will Have:

Candidates should have a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, along with previous experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, Sales Analytics, Finance, or a similar analytical role within hospitality.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large volumes of data and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required, including reporting, dashboard creation, financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation development.

Experience with revenue management and hotel systems is highly desirable, including familiarity with Opera PMS, IDeaS RMS, Demand360, and other business intelligence or reporting platforms. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.

You will be highly organized, commercially minded, and capable of influencing decision-making through clear analysis, insightful reporting, and effective communication.

Fluency in English is required. Fluency in French and Arabic is highly preferred for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
