What You'll Bring to the Team

• Previous retail leadership experience
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, motivate and inspire high-performing teams
• The ability to build a positive, engaged and customer-focused team culture
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience in driving safe Work Health & Safety practices
• Strong commercial and business acumen
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and creating connections within the local community

As Our Store Manager, You'll Lead the Way

• Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service every day
• Build a positive, engaged, and high-performing store culture
• Drive sales performance and achieve business objectives
• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members
• Lead from the front, creating memorable customer experiences
• Foster a strong safety-first culture and champion Work Health & Safety practices
• Manage stock effectively, ensuring accuracy and integrity across all inventory processes
• Stay up to date with pet care, products, and services to support and educate customers
• Support local marketing initiatives, community partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities
• Ensure operational excellence across all areas of the business
