In the role of Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions that prioritize ethical considerations and responsibility. This position requires coordinating with diverse teams to ensure AI initiatives comply with established ethical standards and regulatory frameworks. The role includes guiding project direction, fostering collaboration across departments, and championing the adoption of responsible AI practices throughout the organization. The individual will also monitor ongoing AI deployments to maintain alignment with ethical goals and support continuous improvement in AI governance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Lead the development and implementation of frameworks that ensure AI systems are transparent, fair, and accountable.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential ethical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Mentor junior team members to build awareness and expertise in responsible AI practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio.
- Experience in designing and deploying AI solutions with a focus on ethical considerations and compliance.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements related to artificial intelligence.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making processes in complex environments.
- Skilled in developing frameworks and tools that promote transparency, fairness, and accountability in AI systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
