Nous recherchons un.e Responsable de magasin (m/f/x) pour l’un de nos deux nouveaux magasins à Paris. Tu prendras la tête d'une équipe de taille moyenne dans un magasin à haute ambition chiffre commerciale. C'est l'occasion rêvée de piloter l'ouverture d'un nouveau magasin et de bâtir ton équipe à partir d’une feuille blanche.
Tes missions:
You will be responsible for our Paris store and the success of your team.
You will analyze KPIs and develop action plans with your team to achieve sales targets.
You will coach your team to manage a high volume of customer service while ensuring an impeccable customer experience.
You will coordinate with external service providers to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
You will monitor purchasing trends and customer behavior to make informed decisions.
You will rigorously implement visual merchandising standards to guarantee a store image that reflects our brand.
You will manage the store's online reputation by responding professionally to customer reviews and questions.
