The Residences are at the heart of our residential experience, and the Residences Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring owners, residents, and guests receive warm, personalized, and effortless service. This role leads day-to-day Residences operations, supports Front Desk and Housekeeping, and serves as a trusted point of contact for owners and residents.

We’re currently searching for a Residences Supervisor who is warm, organized, and service-minded, with the leadership skills to oversee daily operations, coach and develop team members, and maintain the highest standards throughout the Residences.

About you...

• Supervise Front Office and Residences operations, ensuring consistent service, operational, and accounting standards.
• Act as the Residences Manager on Duty in their absence and maintain a visible presence in the lobby and at the Front Desk.
• Build strong relationships with owners, residents, brokers, and Exclusive Resorts members while responding promptly to requests and resolving concerns.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, special requests, owner communications, and resident feedback to deliver a seamless experience.
• Support the Residences Manager with team hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, and performance development.
• Oversee housekeeping operations, including daily assignments, unit inspections, arrivals, turndown, and adherence to brand standards.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Operations to ensure residences and shared spaces are safe, well-maintained, and guest-ready.
• Assist with unit inspections, preventative maintenance, permits, owner documentation, and other Residences projects.
• Support purchasing, invoices, owner communications, website/newsletter updates, and other administrative responsibilities.
• Help uphold the vision, mission, and service standards of 1 Hotels while fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and exceptional hospitality.
