Poste: Ventes Internes

Description du poste : Le rôle du titulaire consistera à agir comme premier point de contact pour les clients qui se trouvent à l’intérieur du magasin et par téléphone pour les transactions de vente.

Responsabilités : 

• Servirez de premier point de contact pour les clients qui se trouvent à l’intérieur du magasin ou qui appellent à la succursale
• Effectuerez les transactions de vente, les rapports de rapprochement bancaire quotidiens et les achats
• Assurerez un soutien de classe mondiale, établirez de solides relations à long terme avec les clients actuels, et contribuerez à l’acquisition de nouveaux clients
• Respecterez la totalité des règles, des lois et des règlements concernant la santé et à la sécurité
• Exécuterez d’autres tâches au besoin

Qualifications professionnelles 

• 1 année ou plus d’expérience probante en commerce de détail, affaires, comptabilité ou vente 
• Le souci du détail et de solides compétences pour l’organisation
• De solides aptitudes au service à la clientèle
• La volonté de réussir au sein d’une entreprise stable et en croissance
• Autorisé à travailler au Canada

• Serving as the customer’s first point of contact when shopping in-store or calling the branch
• Completing sales transactions, daily banking reconciliation reports, and purchasing
• Providing world class support and build strong, long term relationships with existing customers as well as assist in the development of new customers
• Complying with all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation
• Other duties as required

Qualifications 

• 1 or more years of successful retail, business, accounting, or sales experience 
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong customer service skills
• A desire to succeed in a stable and growing company
• Authorized to work in Canada
