Key Responsibilities:

·       Teardown, Assembly and Test Product: Follows documented procedures to accurately and efficiently teardown, assemble and test product using specified tools and equipment, solves problems with known outcomes to meet standards, supports training of other members, and provides improvement opportunities to standard work.

·       Process: Coordinates with appropriate members and cross-functional teams to perform analysis, investigation, work scope of product. Supports training of other members.

·       Quality Control: Participates to improve clarity and accuracy in documented processes and procedures. 

·       Organization & Cleanliness: Proactively applies 5S principles, identifies opportunities to improve workstation organization and cleanliness, and ensures compliance with team standards. Assists in implementing new organizational practices as directed. 

·       Safety Mindset: Encourages adherence to safety protocols within the team.

Key Skills:

·       Technical Capability: Understands and follows technical instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Troubleshoots routine technical product issues. Evaluates product and determines component replacement needs for complex products.

Successful Candidates Typically Have:

·       Strong experience in repair and overhaul operations in Prop/Sensor production line

·       Proficient in using inspection and quality tools, documentation and following work instructions

·       Experience with troubleshooting complex mechanical problems

·       Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of accuracy.

·       Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with teams and customers at all levels.

·       Effective time management and organizational abilities
